Pragmos is a platform built for the agentic era, but that doesn't mean you should pay for resources or features you might never use. While AI-driven capabilities are deeply imbued into the personality of the platform, they remain entirely optional and are not required for a complete experience. At our core, we are a planning and scheduling platform - we believe in expanding your abilities, not constraining them behind arbitrary paywalls.
To ensure you only pay for what brings you value, we provide an inherent free trial to everyone. This includes 8 non-renewable credits - mapping to roughly 650,000 tokens per credit, or 5.2 million tokens total. Based on our testing, this provides ample runway to explore the platform and determine if the pay-as-you-go features fit your workflow. Once your trial ends and you activate metering, the rule is simple: if there is no usage, there is no bill.
How the Metering Works
Every token processed across voice communications and agent dispatching is tracked precisely through our metered billing infrastructure. There are no hidden fees, no base retainers, and no wasted allocations. Furthermore, you are only charged for full credits consumed - we don't nickel-and-dime for fractional usage.
Pragmos approaches its pay-as-you-go model with a static, transparent per-credit cost:
Standard Rate

This rate is calculated as an aggregate of the average cost per 650,000 tokens across several state-of-the-art (SOTA) models.
Credit Usage Tracking
Pragmos tracks your credits based on where they are utilized, giving you a clear breakdown of your costs. Currently, we categorize compute usage into two distinct areas: voice interactions and agent dispatching.

Payments, Invoices, and Accumulations
Pragmos utilizes Stripe as our secure payment processor. When you activate pay-as-you-go, you will be prompted to provide a billing email. Usage tracking begins immediately upon activation, but your usage will reset at the end of each month when invoices are sent out.
Because billing is not due until the end of the calendar month, a mid-month activation will simply result in a prorated timeframe. For example, if you activate on the 21st, you will have about 10 days of accumulation before your first bill is due.
Add a payment method once, keep your workflow uninterrupted, and scale your compute dynamically without ever hitting an artificial limit.
Changes to the Model
As Pragmos and the underlying AI landscape advance, our pay-as-you-go pricing may evolve. Stellr - the parent company of Pragmos - reserves the right to update this model. However, we are committed to absolute transparency and will make formal attempts to notify all active users prior to any billing changes.
Enterprise & Teams
We understand that for enterprise teams operating at scale, a metered pay-as-you-go model might eventually become less predictable than a fixed monthly retainer.
While Pragmos does not currently feature formal organization-level management, we are actively developing it as a core extension of the platform.
