01 Introduction

Stellr, LLC (“Stellr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your personal information when you access or use our website (stellr-company.com) and our services, including Orrin, Yabble, Konekt, Inspi, and any related mobile applications, features, or tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This policy is intended to be clear, comprehensive, and compliant with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and relevant international frameworks.

02 Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to operate, improve, personalize, and secure the Services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration, nor do we engage in behavioral advertising based on the sale or sharing of personal data.

Categories of Personal Information Collected:

  • Identifiers and account data (name, email address, account credentials, profile information)
  • Commercial information (subscription plan, billing history through third-party processors)
  • Internet or electronic network activity (IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS, language settings, referring/exit pages, clickstream data)
  • Geolocation data (approximate location derived from IP address for security and regional compliance)
  • Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information (content you upload or generate, including text, images, videos, URLs)
  • Professional or employment-related information (if voluntarily provided in certain features)
  • Inferences drawn from the above (usage patterns, preferences, behavioral trends, interaction styles)
  • Usage and interaction data (features accessed, session duration, timestamps, AI conversation metadata, prompt patterns, navigation flows, error logs, crash reports)
  • Communication data (direct messages, connection relationships within Orrin social features)

We obtain data directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and in limited cases from third-party sources (e.g., Google APIs when you authorize access).

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for legitimate business purposes related to providing, maintaining, improving, and securing the Services.

  • Providing, personalizing, and optimizing the Services (including AI-generated content and recommendations)
  • Training and improving our proprietary AI and machine learning models in anonymized or aggregated form
  • Analyzing usage trends to enhance product features, performance, and scalability
  • Detecting, preventing, and investigating security incidents, fraud, or unauthorized access
  • Communicating with you about your account, updates, support, or legal notices
  • Complying with legal obligations, enforcing our Terms of Service, and protecting rights/safety
  • Creating de-identified or aggregated datasets for internal research, product development, and third-party developer insights (never re-identifiable to individuals)

04 Artificial Intelligence & Automated Processing

Our Services incorporate artificial intelligence and automated decision-making technologies to generate content, provide recommendations, analyze interactions, and personalize experiences.

We process your usage data, content you create/upload, and interaction patterns to train, fine-tune, and improve AI models. Where possible, such processing occurs in anonymized, aggregated, or pseudonymized form to minimize risks to individual privacy.

  • Training models to better understand natural language patterns, user intent, and content relevance
  • Generating personalized prompts, responses, and content suggestions
  • Improving generative capabilities for text, image analysis, and multimedia processing
  • Detecting anomalies or harmful content through automated moderation systems

We do not use your personal information to train third-party foundational models or share it with external AI providers for their training purposes. All model training occurs within our controlled infrastructure.

05 Social Features & Communications (Orrin)

Orrin includes social features that enable users to discover, connect with, and message other users. By using these features, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of related data.

Direct Messaging

We collect, store, and process message content, metadata (timestamps, participants), and attachments to deliver and display conversations.

Messages are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. However, messages are not end-to-end encrypted; Stellr maintains the technical ability to access message content when required by law or for safety/security purposes.

Disclosure

We may access or disclose message content in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order), to prevent imminent harm, or to enforce our policies against abuse.

06 How We Share & Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • To contracted service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors) bound by strict confidentiality and data processing agreements
  • To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, or safety
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets (with notice where required)
